John Fredriksen’s Frontline on Friday completed its switch of corporate domicile from Bermuda to Cyprus.
Shareholders last week backed the move at a special general meeting in Hamilton, Bermuda, and the Cypriot companies’ registrar has now rubber-stamped the move.
The registrar has “issued a temporary re-domiciliation certificate and the re-domiciliation has therefore taken effect”, the company said in a statement.
