John Fredriksen is set to sell his last tanker built before 2000 in a deal that would mark Ravi Mehrotra's return to the VLCC market.
The 306,000-dwt Front Circassia (built 1999) is expected to be sold by Fredriksen's Ship Finance International (SFI) for in excess of $18m, TradeWinds understands.
In May last year the tanker was reported sold to Kunlun Shipping of Hong Kong for $18.5m
