The Ofer family have made an appearance in a rather idiosyncratic “family” rich list compiled by Bloomberg.
The Israeli shipping clan is a new entry in the top 25 at number 15 with a combined fortune of $55.6bn.
The news agency said the ranking excludes first-generation fortunes and those whose wealth is controlled by a single heir.
