The joint venture between China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES) and Sinotrans & CSC has done a deal with single-ship companies owning the 300,000-dwt Dalian Glory (built 2011) and 320,000-dwt Beijing Sunrise (built 2009), CMES said in a filing to the Shanghai stock exchange.

The deal boosts its fleet to 45 VLCCs, including newbuildings.

TradeWinds reported in September that the tankers were chartered to SInotrans & CSC subsidiary Nanjing Tanker.
