Norway’s Bertel Steen family has increased its investment in Oslo-listed American Shipping Co (AMSC) through a private placement.
The family’s BO Steen Shipping subscribed for 1.5m shares, building its stake to 5.62%, a filing shows. This holding is now worth $1.3m.
The investment company remains AMSC’s fifth-biggest investor.
