Greece’s Angelicoussis Group is spending $380m to buy back two bond issues at its newly acquired shuttle tanker subsidiary.
Maran Shuttle Tankers (MST) has notes maturing this year and in 2028.
The company is the former Altera Shuttle Tankers, which was acquired and renamed in January by Angelicoussis Group.
