Altera Infrastructure, the Brookfield investment fund-owned former Teekay Shuttle Tankers, said it was awarded $12m over an off-hire dispute for one of its ships as it reported lower losses in the third quarter.
The Oslo listed company said that in July an English court ruled in the partnership's favour in a contract dispute related to the Voyageur FPSO, awarding it its full claim of $12m plus contractual interest.
