An aframax tanker has shipped the first cargo of Canadian crude to Alaska in 10 years.
Data cited by Vortexa shows the unnamed vessel carried 466,000 barrels from the expanded Trans Mountain pipeline (TMX) outlet at Vancouver, south-western Canada.
The deal shows how the expansion has opened up new export destinations.
