UK lawmakers have raised concerns over the administration of Harland & Wolff’s shipyards and their proposed sale to Spain’s state-owned yard grouping, Navantia.
Harland & Wolff announced last week that its companies are going into administration, as part of the takeover process by the Spanish shipbuilder.
The situation seems to have taken the UK Parliament’s Defence Committee by surprise.
