Russia's United Shipbuilding Company (USC) is in talks with Croatia's Kermas group over a sale of Arctech Helsinki Shipyard.
USC president Alexei Rakhmanov told Interfax that negotiations are being held to sell a controlling stake to the company controlled by tycoon Danko Koncar.
Kermas already owns Croatian shipyard Brodotrogir, which wants to cooperate on more LNG ships with Arctech, after helping to build a Yamal LNG carrier with the Finnish company.
