UK shipbroker Clarksons is beefing up its Middle East services with a new sale-and-purchase desk.
The team will be led by director Tim Barraclough and based in the Dubai office.
The experienced broker will run the desk alone for now, TradeWinds understands.
But the intention is to add another broker internally by the end of the year, with no outside recruits being sought.
