The Athens-based owner is said to have shelled out $13.5m onthe 159,800-dwt Chrismir (built 1997) from German owner F. Laeisz, according toLondon-based brokers.
Online platform Vesselsvalue.com believes the ship is worthslightly less at $12.8m.
The Chrismir is one of only four bulkers, including twocapes, in the fleet of containership specialist F. Laeisz, according toClarksons.
