Polish shipyard GdanskRemontowa has beaten off the competition to secure the order, RAL confirmed ina statement Monday.
Thefive vessels will be delivered by mid 2015. No financial detailswere disclosed.
TradeWindsfirst reported that Remontowa had emerged as the favourite back in March. Theowner already has a financing package from a German lender.
RoyalArctic Line said the five ships will strengthen the offshore infrastructure inGreenland and Denmark for many years to come.
