Fledgling Neptune Dry Management has made its second ship purchase since being established a few months ago.

The Melina Travlos-led company is behind the purchase of a Tsuneishi-built supramax from the fleet of collapsed United Ocean, market sources say. The 57,800-dwt Ocean Morning (built 2015) changed hands for $21.6m, TradeWinds is told.

Some reports had identified Greek peer White Sea Navigation as the buyer at a higher price of $21.85m.
