The master of a Viking River Cruises vessel involved in a fatal collision last month was not drunk, Hungarian police have said.
ABC cited a police spokesman as saying that tests showed the 64-year-old Ukrainian captain of the Sigyn, named as Ukrainian Yuriy C, was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the accident in Budapest on 29 May.
