A second seafarer has died after an accident on a Harren & Partner heavy-lift ship off Belgium.
The crewman fell on to the deck in a lifeboat incident on board the 10,100-dwt Palmerton (built 2009) near Zeebrugge on 22 November.
He was taken to hospital but later died of his injuries. A colleague was lost overboard.
Various local reports have referred either to an exercise or repairs at the time of the accident.
