A grounded Turkish cargoship is taking on water through three holes in its hull off Italy.
The 5,800-dwt Efe Murat (built 1977) got stuck on 23 February off Bari.
The damage was found by the coastguard and a Dutch salvor during an inspection, the Repubblica website reported.
Two metres of water were discovered in the engine room.
