Last-minute talks set table for historic IMO emissions debate

National delegations have been holding informal talks over the weekend ahead of the last round of climate talks at the International Maritime Organization, which kick off today.

All eyes will be on the greenhouse gas debate.

Seats are expected to be scarce in the room in London, with one delegate telling TradeWinds he expected to be watching proceedings via his laptop in the IMO canteen.
