Philippines port operator ICTSI has signed up to run a new container terminal in Nigeria.
It will operate the Tolaram facility at Lekki in the Lagos free trade zone for 20 years, it said on Wednesday.
The $1bn terminal is scheduled for completion by 2016 in a joint venture between the Tolaram Group, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) and the Lagos state government.
