Dry-cargo shipbroker Charlie Russell has resigned from broker Hartland Shipping in London to join SSY after almost 15 years at the broker.
He has joined shipbroking group SSY as its dry cargo chartering director in London, according to a LinkedIn update.
Russell started in the role on 2 January, after leaving Hartland where he was a long-time dry-cargo shipbroker.
