Teekay Corp has chosen to recycle a veteran floating production storage and offloading unit in Denmark.
The 43,300-gt Petrojarl Foinaven (built 1998) will be dismantled by US-owned Modern American Recycling Services (MARS) in Frederikshavn.
The 250-metre-long offshore ship had been operating for BP in the North Sea.
