South Korea is set to join a select few countries when its first floating offshore wind turbine enters trials early next year.
The test of the KRW 16bn ($14.3m) project will take place off Ulsan, reports the Yonhap news agency.
South Korea is said to be only the fifth nation to develop floating wind farms following Norway, Britain, Japan and Portugal.
