Offshore vessel owners are being warned against reactivating too many ships too quickly following North Sea rate spikes this year.
Shipping companies will have been glad to see the back of 2020, according to Norwegian shipbroker Seabrokers.
But it said signs are emerging that 2021 might bring them better fortunes.
