Pacific Radiance’s venture into the West African offshore market looks to have lasted less than seven months.
The company said its joint venture with Ghana’s Cross Energy, which was only signed in mid-April, has been terminated.
The offshore vessel operator said the two parties had “mutually agreed” to terminate the arrangement with effect from 16 November.
Singapore-listed Pacific Radiance said it did not expect the decision to have any material financial impact on the company’s earnings.
