Vard is again linking up with Navigare Capital Partners and Norwind Offshore on newbuildings.
The Norwegian shipbuilder announced on Tuesday that it had signed a deal to design and build a commissioning service operation vessel (CSOV) for the Danish investor and its Norwegian shipowning affiliate.
