Singapore’s Kim Heng Offshore & Marine Holdings and Thailand’s Thaitan Drilling have finalised the formation of a new joint venture focusing on the offshore renewable energy sector.
The 50/50 venture will be branded Thaitan International (Taiwan Branch). The move follows an announcement in February that the two companies would establish a long-term business cooperation to seek more horizontal directional drilling projects in the offshore wind farm sector.
