Greece’s Sun Enterprises has made a rare move in the shipbuilding market by ordering two suezmax tankers.
The tanker arm of George S Livanos is said to have commissioned South Korea’s DH Shipbuilding to build the 158,000-dwt crude carriers for delivery in the first quarter of 2027.
The deal ends a decade-long suezmax order drought for the shipowner.
