Canadian offshore shipowner Horizon Maritime is eyeing new business in a tie-up with a First Nation shipping operation.
It has formed Miawpukek Horizon Maritime Services with the Miawpukek people in Newfoundland & Labrador.
They want to capitalise on emerging opportunities in the local marine industry.
