Hermitage Offshore's fleet is set to go under the hammer.
After US District Court Judge Martin Glenn signed off on the auction procedures 24 September, the bankrupt Scorpio-backed offshore outfit's 10 platform supply vessels and 11 crew boats will be auctioned on Wednesday.
Bids were due at the start of the month and baseline bids were determined on Monday.
Sale hearings will be held on 13 October.
