Eneti is set to build a Jones Act-compliant wind turbine installation vessel at the Keppel AmFELS shipyard in Brownsville, Texas, for 2024 delivery as it advances a $200m shares offering that could price as soon as Thursday evening in New York.
The Scorpio Group-backed wind specialist is also telling investors it will declare an optional $330m WTIV unit at South Korea's Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, with delivery expected in the second quarter of 2025.
