The 5,561-dwt multipurpose support vessel (MSV) HarveyDeepsea (built 2013) will operate in the Gulf of Mexico for 60 days until mid-November,the Mons Aase-led offshore owner said in an exchange filing.
Harvey Gulf International Marine owns the vessel handed over by Eastern Shipbuilding from its yard in Allanton, Florida in July.
In February Dof announced a four-year charter for the vessel which it said was the only Jones Act compliant offshore support vessel (OSV) available to the market until late 2015.
