Scotland’s Craig Group has agreed to sell its UK North Sea emergency response and rescue vessel (ERRV) business to a private equity firm.
Basalt Infrastructure Partners said it had agreed to acquire North Star Shipping. No financial details were disclosed.
The existing senior management team, staff and crew of North Star will remain with the Aberdeen-based shipowner, under the new owners.
