The UK-based offshore construction vessel owner will pocket £100m ($156m)for the three-year deal with Talisman Sinopec Energy UK with a one year option, a statement said.
Under the deal, Bibby Offshore will deliver inspection, repair and maintenance(IRM) works via its 5,253-dwt dive support vessel (DSV) Bibby Topaz (built2007).
