Yangzijiang Shipbuilding has won newbuilding contracts for 31 ships worth $1.7bn since February, as it continues to benefit from the boxship building boom.
The Chinese shipbuilder announced the additional orders would take its current 2021 order tally to 60 ships worth $3bn.
In early February, the yard said it had won orders for 29 ships valued at $1.3bn.
