China Minsheng Trust has agreed to sell four bulkers to CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping and lease them back for 10 years.
The 85,000-dwt ships have not been identified but appear to be newbuildings. They are likely to be among the eight vessels that China Minsheng Trust ordered at China's Chengxi Shipyard in September, as TradeWinds reported.
The Beijing-based company will sell the quartet for $85.4m.
