The owner of a panamax bulker has been fined in Australia for failing to repair its propulsion issues.
The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) said the 91,800-dwt KMAX Leader (built 2010) entered the port of Gladstone, Queensland last year with the problem.
Extensive work in November failed to fix it, the authority said.
