Victor Restis-backed Golden Energy Management has sold a modern suezmax tanker to CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping in a sale and bareboat charterback deal.
The leasing arm of China State Shipbuilding Corp said it is paying $45m for the unnamed 157,400-dwt crude tanker, according to a regulatory statement.
The description fits Restis's 157,400-dwt Energy Triumph (built 2018), the only suezmax in the Greek owner's fleet.
