Maersk Tankers has appointed Kristin Holth and Michael Brennan to its board as vice-chairman Paul Reed steps down.
The appointment adds to a series of board appointments for Holth, who was DNB’s global head of ocean industries until the end of March.
She is a director at Maersk Drilling, which is a sister company to Maersk Tankers in the AP Moller Holding umbrella, and finance company HitecVision.
