The Greek government secured the release of three officers stranded for months off Djibouti, following months of talks after their employer, Probulk Shipping & Trading, saw two of its three ships arrested there.
The three men, all in their late 60s and 70s, had been there since September on the 45,700-dwt Ptolemeos (built 1995) and the 46,700-dwt Arybbas (built 1996).
