The International Maritime Organization has closed its London headquarters to visitors and staff in response to the coronavirus and cancelled a major annual meeting.
The UN regulatory body described the closure as "a precautionary measure" and said staff are working from home where possible.
The IMO said the move follows the World Health Organization's decision yesterday to declare the coronavirus outbreak a pandemic.
