Another major Singapore maritime-related conference has fallen victim to the coronavirus outbreak now spreading across the world.
Singapore Iron Ore Week, which was due to take place between the 18 and 21 May 2020, has been cancelled, it has been confirmed.
“In view of the ongoing Covid-19 situation, we have decided to cancel the 2020 Singapore International Ferrous Week (formerly known as Singapore Iron Ore Week) and the Singapore Iron Ore Forum at Sands Expo & Convention Centre,” said the Singapore Exchange (SGX) which is the event organizer.
