Ince & Co has expanded its German office with the addition of a local law firm specialized in shipping finance.
Seven employees of Hamburg-based Schwenke & Partner will Join Ince & Co on 1 May.
Thomas Schwenke, founder of the German company with experience in the offshore and renewable energy sectors and shipping finance, will be one of them.
Jan Hungar, managing partner of Ince & Co Germany, said: “Thomas’ strong business development skills, legal expertise and industry knowledge make him the perfect fit to join our Hamburg office.
