MPC Container Ships (MPCC) is close to readying the fleet for the IMO 2020 deadline as it fixed another scrubber-fitted vessel on a savings-sharing deal.
Six out of 10 boxships selected for exhaust gas cleaning system installations have now been successfully retrofitted.
It expects the remaining four vessels to be equipped with scrubbers by the end of 2019.
