Small-scale LNG specialist Avenir LNG has confirmed a charter with Malaysia’s Petronas for its first small-scale LNG carrier newbuilding.
The company said Avenir, working in collaboration with the Malaysian energy company’s shipping arm MISC, has chartered out its 7,500-cbm newbuilding to subsidiary Petronas LNG.
