Energy major ExxonMobil has asked shipowners to submit offers on two LNG carrier newbuildings, for which it has been seeking berths after selecting its preferred yard.
The company has sent a request for proposals to shipowners on the duo that it would take on charter for periods of between three and 15 years, with options for the company to extend the hire period.
