Teekay Tankers is set to welcome a new board member to replace one joining the company's general partner.
Former Seaspan finance chief Sai Chu will join the board of the New York-traded tanker owner, replacing Richard Patterson who joins the board of Teekay GP.
"Sai brings a wealth of financial and shipping expertise to Teekay Tankers," board chairman Arthur Bensler said.
