Singapore's PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH) says it has won a long-running court case in Saudi Arabia over OSV charters.
The Robert Kuok-controlled company said a Saudi court has issued a judgement in favour of its subsidiary POSH Semco against Saudi outfit Makamin Offshore.
It is now entitled to SAR 26.14m ($6.97m) for its principal claim.
The company was trying to recover certain sums it said were due from Makamin, which had launched counter-claims.
