Russian steel tycoon Vladimir Lisin's UCL Holding is considering a merger of its Volga Shipping and North-Western Shipping (NWS) operations.
Volga Shipping has 200 vessels, including tankers, MPPs and general cargoships, while NWS has 57 dry cargo vessels, mostly river-sea ships and MPPs.
