Bondholders of a Boa Offshore company are to sell its only two vessels.
Norway's Boa SBL said on Monday that Nordic Trustee and the bondholders' legal advisors had informed it they are in the process of disposing of the 80-loa survey ships Boa Galatea (built 2009) and Boa Thalassa (built 2008).
They have asked Boa to co-operate with the move, otherwise they will use an option in the bond agreement to carry out the sales.
