The North Sea OSV rate recovery is having a positive effect on the West African sector, but elsewhere the upturn is a matter of timing and geography, according to UK broker Clarksons.
Analyst Calum Kennedy believes key offshore metrics are more varied than is sometimes realised, with some parts of the market having seen greater improvements than expected while others remained stubbornly weak.
